Tali Gai's artwork has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in galleries and cultural centers, including the Somerville Museum in Somerville, Massachusetts; Boston Art Windows, the St. Botolph Club, Stacy Bueschel’s Courtyard Gallery, and the Gallery @ the Piano Factory, and the Massachusetts College of Art Annual Benefit Auction in Boston; artSPACE@16 in Malden, Massachusetts; the Blackstone River Gallery in Woonsocket, Rhode Island; Drawing Room in Portland, Maine; Visual AIDS in New York, New York; the Sarah Doyle Gallery of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island; the Joan Resnikoff Gallery of Roxbury Community College in Roxbury, Massachusetts; the Anderson Gallery of Bridgewater State College in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, and Dasken Gallery in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

During 2007 and 2008 her work will be featured in Young Turks Two, a group exhibition at the Nave Gallery in Somerville, Massachusetts, a group show entitled War Madness and Delusion at the Meetinghouse Gallery, Andover Newton Theological School in Newton, Massachusetts and a group exhibition at Drawing Room in Portland, Maine, as well as in solo shows at the Boston Public Library in Boston, Massachusetts and NOIR Gallerie in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In addition, her work is in private and corporate collections, including those of Draper Laboratory in Cambridge, Massachusetts; New England Biolabs in Ipswich, Massachusetts; the Boston Foundation in Boston, Massachusetts; the Massachusetts Asian and Pacific Islanders for Health (MAP for Health) in Lowell, Massachusetts; Triangle, Inc. in Malden, Massachusetts; the Andrew Peabody School in Cambridge, MA; the Roxbury Comprehensive Community Health Center, Roxbury Multi-Service Center, and Madison Park Development in Roxbury, Massachusetts; the Accelerated Cure Project in Waltham, Massachusetts; and ThinkHouse in Atlanta, Georgia, amongst others.
